Terms & Privacy

You agree not to: (a) use the platform unlawfully; (b) purchase for commercial resale without authorization; (c) create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or exploit promotions; (d) interfere with the platform; (e) scrape or data-mine without consent; (f) impersonate or falsify info; (g) upload malware; (h) post false or fraudulent content; (i) infringe IP; (j) attempt unauthorized access.

2.1 Our IP. All platform content is our property or our licensors', protected by Singapore and international law. No rights granted without written consent.

2.2 User-Generated Content. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable worldwide right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, and display it for our business. You warrant ownership and non-infringement.

3.1 No Warranties. Provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with no warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, or otherwise to the maximum extent permitted by law.

3.2 Platform Stability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service and may modify or discontinue at any time.

3.3 Third-Party Content. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services linked from the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, data, or goodwill; (c) damages from use or inability to use the platform; (d) damages from products purchased (except due to our negligence); (e) damages from unauthorized access to your data.

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product(s) giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury from our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and legal fees arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) breach of these Terms or law; (c) violation of third-party rights; (d) content you submit; (e) fraudulent, negligent, or wilful misconduct; (f) third-party claims relating to delivery (including underage consumption); (g) tax liabilities arising from your use. Survives termination.

We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, utility or telecom failures, supply disruptions. If the event continues 30+ days, either party may terminate the affected order(s), and pre-paid amounts for undelivered products will be refunded.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. The invalid provision is replaced by a valid one closest to its intent.

These Terms, with our Privacy Policy and referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior communications. You have not relied on representations not expressly set out here.

You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign or subcontract our rights at any time. Binding on successors and permitted assigns.

No failure or delay to exercise any right is a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

By using the platform and providing contact information, you consent to receive communications electronically (email, SMS, push, platform notices). Electronic communications satisfy any "in writing" legal requirement.

Governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts. We may bring proceedings in your country of residence or any relevant country.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective on posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). By using our platform, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of your personal data as described below.

(a) Identity & Contact: name, email, phone, residential/billing/delivery address, date of birth; (b) Demographic: age and sex; (c) Transaction: products purchased, order history, payment method (no full card details); (d) Account: username, password, preferences, activity; (e) Technical: IP, browser, device, usage via cookies.

(a) Retail operations & order fulfillment; (b) age verification & legal compliance (18+); (c) targeted marketing & promotions based on demographics, purchases, location; (d) market analysis and platform improvement; (e) security & fraud prevention; (f) legal & regulatory compliance.

We may disclose to: (a) affiliates; (b) third-party service providers (payment, delivery, IT, marketing, support); (c) professional advisers; (d) governmental authorities where required; (e) successors in a merger or sale. We do not sell your personal data.

Data may be transferred outside Singapore with safeguards comparable to the PDPA.

Retained only as long as necessary or as legally required, then securely deleted or anonymized.

You may opt out of marketing by: (a) unsubscribe link in emails; (b) account notification preferences; (c) contacting our DPO. Processed within 30 days. Withdrawing consent for core operations may prevent us fulfilling orders.

You may request access and correction of your data via our DPO. A reasonable administrative fee may apply for access requests.

We apply technical and organizational measures (encryption, secure infrastructure, access controls, security reviews). No system is 100% secure.

We use cookies and similar technologies. You can control them via browser settings; disabling may affect functionality.
